Description:
Detailed description of the subject of the order: The service will be performed by an "S" type ambulance, i.e. a means of sanitary transport that meets the technical and qualitative characteristics specified in Polish standards transposing European harmonized standards. Road ambulances must be constructed in accordance with the PN-EN 1789 and PN-EN 1789+A2:2015 and equipped in accordance with the Order of the President of the National Health Fund No. 14/2019/DSM of February 7, 2019. They are intended for advanced treatment and monitoring of patients by a specialist team consisting of three people authorized to perform medical activities emergency services, including a system doctor and a system nurse or paramedic. In a situation where none of the team members has the right to drive emergency vehicles, the fourth person in the team may be a driver. The estimated number of kilometers and hours during the service provision period (12 months) is approximately 3,400 km and 120 hours, which translates into an average number of transports per month of approximately 8 trips.
