1. The subject of the order is: Implementation of a permanent traffic organization project (approval no. NI-D-I.8022.1.275.2025.JW) on the provincial road No. 788 from km 0+000 to km 19+900, in the Raszyn commune, poviat. pruszkowski and the commune of Lesznowola, the commune of Tarczyn, poviat sandyski. proceedings no. 258/25 2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order can be found in the Tender Documentation (Part III SWZ) and in the Bill of Quantities (Part IV SWZ). The contractor is obliged to ensure, at his own expense, safe road and pedestrian traffic conditions in the area of works covered by the contracts.3. If indicated in the description the subject of the order trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the product or services provided by a specific contractor, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions.4.
