Implementation of a system for managing the training and professional development plan and planning teaching activities, and delivery of network equipment necessary for the system to operate to the Polish Training Center...
1. The subject of the order is the implementation of a system for managing the training and development plan professional training and planning of teaching classes and delivery of network equipment necessary for the operation of the system to the Police Training Center in Legionowo.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the SWZ part - Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
3. Contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
4. The Contractor will deliver, connect and program the server environment in accordance with the guidelines indicated in the Description of the subject of the order by April 30, 2026, at the Ordering Party's premises at its own expense.
5. The Contractor will write an application in accordance with the Ordering Party's assumptions indicated in the Description of the subject of the order and will conduct implementation tests by July 31, 2026.
6. The Contractor undertakes to conduct training on the implemented application for administrators within the deadline agreed with the Ordering Party.
7. Work related to the implementation of the system as part of the order will be carried out on working days from 8.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
8. The Contractor undertakes to completely connect and start up the equipment that is the subject contract, which will be reflected in the acceptance report of the subject of the order with a positive result.
9. The Contractor will notify the Ordering Party's coordinator in writing about the delivery date ...
