Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the investment task entitled: Implementation of the Ujeścisko tram depot along with the construction of a retention reservoir in Gdańsk in the design formula design and build by preparing project documentation and execution of works.
This investment is planned forco -financing from the National Plan of Reconstruction and Increased immunity under the B3.4.1 investment. Investments for the green transformation of cities.
2. The resort of the subject of the contract includes:
1) and the subject of receipt - design documentation of the tank with the technical room - comprehensive developmentProject documentation together with obtaining a decision building permit;
2) II Subject of receipt - project documentation depot - development of comprehensive design documentation together with obtaining a decision building permit;
3) III subject of receipt - work in the scope of the tank - performanceretention reservoir together with the technical room;
4) IV Subject of receipt - works in the field of depot - execution of the tram depot Ujeścisko in Gdańsk.
5) performing author's supervision during the implementation of works performed on the basis of project documentation being the subjectOrders.
