- 1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the investment task entitled: Implementation of the Ujeścisko tram depot along with the construction of a retention reservoir in Gdańsk in the design formula design and build by preparing project documentation and execution of works.
This investment is planned for co -financing from the National Plan of Reconstruction and Increased immunity under the B3.4.1 investment. Investments for green city transformation.
2. The desire for the subject of the contract includes:
1) and the subject of receipt - the design of the tank with the technical room - comprehensive development Project documentation together with obtaining a building permit;
2) II Subject of receipt - design documentation of the depot - development of comprehensive design documentation together with obtaining a building permit;
3) III Subject of receipt - Tank works - performance retention reservoir with a technical room;

5) performing author's supervision during the implementation of works carried out on the basis of project documentation being the subject orders.
As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will obtain permission to use building objects, and if necessary, it is also a certificate of lack of opposition to the intention to proceed with the use of works covered by the subject of the contract.
