Description:
The subject of the Order is the implementation of works related to the connection of recipients of the IV and V connection groups in the area of operations of TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. Branch in Krakow, in accordance with the scope of matters indicated in Annex No. 1 to the Agreement entitled "List of net outlay rates" along with the Rules of ordering works related to connecting consumers (connection groups IV and V), based on individual orders referred to in the Draft Agreement, which constitutes Annex No. 12 to the SWZ.
IV and V on in the area of operations of TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. Branch in Krakow - area 3 Podgorze Region - Task No. 1 - Podgorze Zachod Field Unit. The subject of the order may include in particular (but not exclusively): Preparation of design documentation, obtaining the necessary administrative decisions, obtaining decisions granting building permits, carrying out construction and assembly works and paying any compensation resulting from the performance of these works, as well as developing as-built documentation for the commissioned works. Details are included in the Specification of Order Terms and the Draft Agreement.
