Description:
The subject of the contract is the implementation of works related to the connection of recipients of the 4th and 5th connection group in the activities of Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. Branch in Krakow, in accordance with the material scope indicated in Annex 1 to the contract "List of net expenditure rates" along with the principles of ordering works related to connecting recipients (IV and V connection group), based on individual orders referred to in the draft contract, which is Annex 12 to SWZ.
IV and V on TAURON S.A. activity area Branch in Krakow area 1 Region Nowa Huta, region Podgorze and Krowodrza Region - Task No. 1: Area Field unit Słomniki. The subject of the contract may include in particular (but not exclusively): development of project documentation, obtaining necessary administrative decisions, obtaining decisions granting a building permit, implementation of construction and assembly works and payment of all compensation resulting from the implementation of these works and developing as-built documentation of commissioned works.
