Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the World Entrepreneurship Week Information Campaign in Lesser Poland in 2025.
2. The main elements of the order will be: conducting a promotional campaign on social media and on internet portals, execution of graphic designs,Production of film materials, photographic service of the event.
3. Delicular description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) is Annex 1D to SWZ, it will be introduced as Annex 2 to the Public Procurement Agreement.Public procurement agreements, which will be entered into the public procurement contract - template of the contract and constitute Annex 1C
to SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the contract template).to the materials arising under the contract, in accordance with the provisions of the contract template.
6. 95 of the Act specifies that
that it does not require employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing activities in the field of implementationorders, consisting in performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code, Journal of Laws 2023 item 1465, as amended ).
