- The subject of the contract includes:
Purchase of support services for the XDR and SOC solution for a period of 24 months.
The purpose of the project is to buy support and monitoring services in the field of cyber security of the network and server infrastructure of the Katowice City Hall. Services will be provided through XDR tools, whichThey will be delivered, made available and installed in the infrastructure of the Katowice City Hall and will be launched SOC 24H for the duration of the project, i.e. 24 months from the completion of the implementation. The system must provide active protection of the end stations and servers against malicious activitiessoftware and other advanced cyber threats as well as active reaction and response to the detected event and incidents. The system will protect 1719 systems (computers and servers).
Detailed description of the subject of the contract, description of the requirements of the Ordering Party in the scope of implementation and acceptance is determined by:
