1. The subject of the order is the thermal modernization of an existing public building - Primary School No. 280 at ul. Gorlicka 3, which aims to improve the energy efficiency of the building and ensure appropriate microclimate parameters inside the facility, in accordance with the energy audit.
2. The investment is implemented as part of the priority project program
"Improvement energy efficiency of educational institutions in the capital city Warsaw - scope 2" as part of the Investment: B1.1.3. Thermal modernization of educational institutions
National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
3. The subject of the order is described in detail in the Description of the subject of the order, constituting the Annex No. 9 to SWZ and Technical Documentation, which includes:
a) Bill of quantities, which constitutes Annex No. 10 to the SWZ,
b) Design documentation, which constitutes Annex No. 11 to the SWZ,
c)STWiORB, which constitutes Annex No. 12 to the SWZ.
