The subject of the contract are construction and installance works consisting in improving access to psychiatric care in the environmental model for children, adolescents and adults in the Specialist Hospital Ludwika Rydygiera in Krakow sp.z o.o., including, among othersrooms (at level -1 of the main hospital building) for the facilities of the Mental Health Center for adults - stage 1,
- modernization of rooms for the needs of the Mental Health Center for children and youth (level +1 of the main hospital building) - stage 2,
located in Krakow,axis. Golden Autumn 1, on plot No. 3/9, rev. 008, new steelworks.Works not included in the offer calculation or not valued, but resulting directly from the tender documentation (functional and utility program, specification), the contracting authority considers as valued and included in the offer, without the possibility of any claims of the Contractor in this respect. Therefore, it is requiredVolunctantly checking the documentation and conditions prevailing on the investment area. The effects of any errors in the offer calculation developed by the contractor are burdened by the contractor - he must predict all the circumstances that may affect the priceorders....
