Subject Orders are delivery covering sales along with the delivery, assembly and launch of medical equipment and apparatus for the purposes of the Clinical Oncology Department I stage and operating the Specialist Hospital Operational Bloc. Holy Family SPZOZ according to Annex 2.1 -2.8 of the form technical and functional parameters. The order includes 8 parts.
The Employer informs that the above -mentioned part of the contract will be covered by public funds - a subsidy from the budget of the Capital City of Warsaw as part of the investment task, which will be granted on the basis of a contract concluded with the capital city Warsaw. The Employer provides that the subsidy agreement referred to in the preceding sentence will oblige the Ordering Party to submit all documents (including, among others, contracts with the Contractor and a correctly issued invoice) constituting a condition for launching financial resources in impassable deadline by December 5, 2025.
