- provision of the SOC (Security Operation Center) service consisting in continuous monitoring, analysis and response to incidents related to cybersecurity of the Hospital's ICT infrastructure. The subject of the order includes: 1) Security monitoring along with with identification of dangerous events within the SOC on a continuous basis: 24/7/365, 2) Launch of the SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) environment, 3) the environment in which the SOC and SIEM service is implemented will be run on a dedicated environment high HA availability in a professional Data Center certified in accordance with the PN-EN ISO/IEC 27001 standard or equivalent (requires meeting TIER minimum III), 4) Support in the SIEM system, minimum 300 EPS (event per second), 5) Number of log sources: maximum 20, including Windows servers, Linux servers (various distributions) and network devices.6) Establishing, securing and handling connections between the Ordering Party and the SOC by launching an encrypted data transmission link in VPN IP MPLS or VPN IP SEC technology,
