Description:
The subject of the order is: implementation of the investment titled: Improving the efficiency of the Harasiuki Commune Office building. Description of the investment: The investment task will consist in deep energy modernization of the Commune Office building, through its thermal modernization and the use of renewable energy sources.4.2. Range The material scope of the investment task includes: 1) Thermal modernization of external walls below and above ground level (demolition, preparatory works, insulation, insulation, reconstruction of the pavement), 2) Renovation works in the following rooms: boiler room, fuel storage, stoker, 3) Modernization of the hot water system with a 300l domestic hot water tank with a capacity of min. 2 kW, 4) Construction of a mechanical exhaust ventilation system, 5) Modernization of the central heating system in the administrative part of the building, including the replacement of a 65 kW biomass boiler with a buffer of min. 1000 l.6) Replacement of windows, doors and window sills internal and external7) Installation of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 20 kWp, along with an energy storage of 30 kWh,8) Construction of a vehicle charging station with a maximum power of AC 22 kW,9) Installation of external roller shutters,10) Installation of an electricity and energy management system thermal,11...
