Description:
1. The subject of the contract is in the design system and build the development of project documentation and the execution of construction works for thermo -modernization and modernization of the building together with the property belonging to the Public Primary School No. 1 located at ul. Trzeciakow 35 in OstrowiecŚwiętokrzyskie, as part of the budget task: "Improving energy efficiency and increasing the share of renewable energy in the PSP 1" building in accordance with the planned provisions of the contract, a functional and utility program and energy audit. The task will be implemented in the years 2025 - 2026.
1.1W as a taskIn the formula, design and build design documentation for thermomodernization based on the energy audit of the building and modernization of the object, taking into account, among others:
a) thermomodernization works:
-perception of external walls (preceded by the demolition of existing insulation)Along with the necessary accompanying works (including replacement of all flashings, external window sills and guttering, i.e. downpipes and roof gutters along with a system of their attachment),
-flopping flat roofsReplacement of roofing from sheet metal for EPDM membrane,
-modernization of floors on the ground along with their insulation and concrete screed, a foundation from a self-leveling spout
-inter-consigning ceilings,
-mixtured window joinery with internal window sills,
