Description:
1. Entity of the contract:
The subject of the contract is the design in the design and build development of project documentation and execution of construction works for thermomodernization and modernization of the building together with the property belonging to the Public Primary School No. 1 located at ul.Trzeciakow 35 in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, as part of the budget task entitled: "Improving energy efficiency and increasing the share of renewable energy in the PSP 1" building in accordance with the planned provisions of the contract, a functional and utility program and energy audit. The task will be implemented in the years2025-2026.
2. The investment of the investment includes, among others, the execution of the following works:
As part of the task, design and build the thermomodernization design documentation based on the energy audit of the building and modernization of the object
taking into account, among others:
a) work.thermomodernization:
-perceptions of external walls (preceded by the demolition of existing insulation) along with the necessary accompanying works (including replacement of all flashings, external window sills and glowing, i.e. trigger pipes and roof gutters along with the systemmounting),
-flat roofing with mineral wool along with replacement of roofing from thermosal felt, replacement of roofing from sheet metal for EPDM membrane,
-multi-modization of floors on the ground with their insulation and concrete screed, self-leveling foundation,
