Description:
1. The subject of the order is the implementation of tasks called: Improving the energy efficiency of the buildings of the Public Primary School in M.S.C. Lgota Wielka. As part of the task, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) Prepare and obtain complete design documentation required agreements, opinions and decisions.2) Obtaining a final decision on a building permit or making an effective notification of works that do not require obtaining such a decision (if required).3) Execution of construction works, including in particular: a) replacement of window joinery (large external windows in the gymnasium 8 pcs.) with new ones with the Ub coefficient) replacement of the remaining window frames (except for windows in the basement) with new ones with the Uc coefficient) replacement of the old external door frames with new ones with the heat transfer coefficient Ud) replacement of external window sills with new ones made of galvanized sheetse) replacing internal window sills with new ones made of conglomerate. 3 cmf) construction of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of min. 25 kW with energy storage with a usable capacity of min. 25 kWhg) installation of a lightning protection system, h) power supply of sanitary facilities i) w...
