Description:
1. The subject of the order is the performance of comprehensive construction, sanitary and electrical works as part of the task: Improving the energy efficiency of the building of the Jarocin Commune Office. The scope of the order includes the implementation of works in three industries: construction, sanitary and electrical, in accordance with the documentation designs, bills of quantities and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works.2. The scope of work includes: Construction works, demolition and finishing works, insulation of partitions, replacement of windows and doors, plastering, painting and flooring works. Sanitary works and modernization of the boiler room central heating installations (installation of a pellet boiler, circulation pumps, control automation), construction of water and sewage installations, circulation and insulation. Electrical works, construction of new lighting, socket and power supply installations, modernization of switchboards, installation of installations photovoltaic system with energy storage, energy management system and electric vehicle charging station.
