- The subject of the order is: implementation of the investment titled: Improving the energy efficiency of a multi-family residential building in the commune of Harasiuki. Investment description: The investment task will consist in deep energy modernization of a multi-family residential building located in the commune Harasiuki, through its thermal modernization.4.2. The scope of the investment task includes: 1) Demolition works, 2) Insulation of external walls, 3) Insulation of the internal ceiling, 4) Modernization of the gravity ventilation system by replacing windows and external doors, 5) Modernization of the boiler room and the system heating and installation of a modern biomass boiler with a capacity of 32 kW. 6) Modernization of lighting by replacing 20 lighting fixtures with energy-saving LEDs and installation of a lighting management system (motion sensors, timed switching of lights on and off) 7) Construction of a cube strip and a driveway for people with disabilities disabilities, 8) Separation and marking of a parking space, 9) Installation of information boards in Braille and contrasting stairs markings, 10) Installation of benches with backrests at the entrance to the building, 11) Purchase and installation of segregation containers waste...
