Description:
Improving the energy efficiency of municipal residential buildings in Toruń, stage 3, multi-family building at ul. Kociuszki 44 in Toruń. The subject of the order includes, in particular, the following works: renovation and conservation works, including: - arrangement of the construction site, - conservation works front elevation, - renovation of balconies 2 pieces, - renovation of side and rear elevations, - insulation of basements and ceilings, - renovation of the roof, - renovation of stairs, - replacement of windows and doors. A detailed description of the subject of the order includes: 1) ARCHITECTURAL AND BUILDING DESIGN, TECHNICAL DESIGN, CONSERVATION WORK PROGRAM; 2) TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE EXECUTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS; 3) BILL OF QUANTITIES. The contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the order in accordance with the design documentation (design, bills of quantities), technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, specification of the terms of the order, contract, and also in accordance with applicable legal provisions, standards and principles of technical knowledge and administrative decisions.
