1. Description of the subject of the contract
The subject of the contract is the execution of related construction works with the reconstruction of the Primary School building number 7 in Dąbrowa Gornicza.
The scope of construction works will cover the scope of works included in the construction design, including:
- replacement of windows and doors,
- wall insulation with moisture insulation,
- insulation of building partitions in the facility,
- making a band around the building,
- roof insulation, roofing replacement, renovation and partial replacement of the roof structure and roof truss.
- modernization of ventilation,
- modernization of sanitary facilities,
- painting walls and ceilings,
- modernization of the electrical and central installation heating, heating, water and sewage, hydrant nodes,
- demolition works,
- adaptation to fire protection conditions
- reconstruction of the object,
- land development,
- general construction works,
- modernization of low -current installation,
- replacement of internal lighting and pitch lighting.
Detailed Description of the subject of the contract was included in the technical documentation constituting Annex 8 to the specification of the terms of the contract.
The order will be carried out on the basis of:
1. Specification of essential terms of the contract,
2. Provisions contained in the content of the future contract,
3. Preparatory of works,
4. technical specifications of the execution and acceptance of works,
5. construction project.
