- 1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: Improving the energy efficiency of public utility facilities in the commune of Baranw Sandomierski, Volunteer Fire Department Kaczaki and Volunteer Fire Department Marki.2. The task is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Funds regional program European Union for Podkarpacie for the years 2021-20273. The detailed scope of the order is specified in the design documentation together with supplementary descriptions of the subject of the order, constituting Appendix No. 5 to this specification.4. After completing the subject of the order and final acceptance, the contractor grants payment for the work performed construction warranty of at least 24 months, counted from the date of fault-free final acceptance of the subject of the contract.5. In the case of proper names in the design documentation, technical specifications and this specification, equivalent solutions with no worse parameters are allowed. In a situation where The ordering party has described the subject of the order by indicating trademarks, patents or origin, it should be understood that equivalent solutions may be used.
