The subject of the order is the implementation of the investment task entitled: Improving the energy efficiency of residential buildings in the Siemianowice Śląskie commune - Stage 3 ".1.2. The order was divided into two (2) part.1.3. Part 1 Orders: Thermomodernization of buildings at ul. Silesian 10 and ul. Silesian 10A ".1) Subject to the contract (a) the implementation of comprehensive design documentation to the extent necessary to report the intention to perform construction works / obtaining a building permit, a project development project, an architectural and technical design, technical specifications for the implementation and collection of construction works and cost estimates Works for execution, b) Execution, based on the above Documentation, construction works to implement this investment tasks C) performing author's supervision, d) preparation of receiving documentation, including as-built documentation.2) as part of the subject of the contract, in particular: a) perform the design documentation necessary to implement the investment task within the scope. ..
