• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in the development of design documentation together with: with a cost estimate as part of the Ordering Party's task specified in the Co-financing Agreement No. FENX.01.01-IW.01-0152/24 of the Project "Improvement of energy efficiency through thermal modernization of buildings belonging to the resources of GIORiN and WIORiN” under the measure FENX.01.01 Energy Efficiency priority FENX.01 Support for the energy and environment sectors from the CF program of the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021- 2027. 2. The detailed method of implementing the subject of the contract is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) and Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract (PPU). 3. The order includes preparation of documentation design along with obtaining final decisions, in particular the decision on the building permit/notification of commencement of other construction works - authorizing the implementation of the works, to the competent architectural and construction administration body (if obtaining is required by law), as well as ensuring author's supervision during the planned construction works based on the above design documentation. 4. The Ordering Party is the Chief Inspectorate of Plant Protection and Seed Inspection, Al.
