The subject of the order is the performance of construction works on the investment task titled: Improving the energy efficiency of eight public infrastructure buildings located in Wabrzych and subject to conservation supervision, through their thermal modernization, in scope of the City Hall building located at Magistracki Square 1. The task referred to in point 1 is co-financed by the European Union under the European Funds for Lower Silesia 2021-2027 Program: Priority 9 European Funds for transformation of mining areas in Lower Silesia, Measure 9.6 Environmental transformation - ITI, project no. FEDS.09.06 - IZ.00-0002/24 entitled Improving the energy efficiency of eight public infrastructure buildings located in Wabrzych and subject to supervision conservation, through their thermal modernization. Investment location: The Town Hall building is located at Plac Magistracki 1 in Wabrzych (plot no. 340, rdmiecie district no. 27). The building was entered into the register of monuments on July 25, 1977 under registration number. 695/658/W.
