A brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the order is: Improving the energy efficiency of the Vocational School Complex No. 5 in Białystok, ul. Antoniuk Fabryczny 40. 2. The scope of the contract includes: 1) Execution of construction works in accordance with the building permit issued by the President of the City of Białystok of 12 July 2017 No. 618/2017 Sign: DAR-II.6740.232.2017 together with a replacement decision from 27 August 2017 No. 763/2017 Mark: DAR-II.6740.278.2017 (Annex 9 to SWZ), 2) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in the design documentation and technical specifications for the implementation and receipt of works developed by the architecture studio Mariusz Cezary Stepaniuk, ul. Warszawska 59 Lok. 22, 15 062 Białystok (Annex 8 to SWZ), 3) The Employer requires min. 5 - a year warranty for works (warranty period is subject to assessment in accordance with Chapter. XIX SWZZ), 4) The Contractor is responsible for the proper security of the area of works and is responsible for any damage caused to the Ordering Party and third parties, 5) The contractor should report during proceedings. ..
