Description:
The subject of the order is the thermal modernization of the building of the Volunteer Fire Department in Goleszów. The building is located on plot no. 79/14 in Goleszów at ul. Szkolna 7. The scope of work includes: - replacement of windows, - replacement of doors, - insulation of foundation walls, - insulation of basement walls, - insulation of ground floor walls, - insulation of first floor walls, - insulation of internal walls, - insulation of ceilings, - installation of weather automation on heating circuits, - construction of escape stairs along with preparing a construction design and obtaining a building permit, - painting the roof, - carrying out necessary reconstruction and repair works after thermal modernization works. All works must be agreed on an ongoing basis with the Ordering Party and Investor Supervision Inspector. A detailed description of the subject of the order covered by this procedure is included in the following documents: - Functional and utility program constituting Annex No. 10 to the SWZ, - Bill of Quantities constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ, - Designed contractual provisions constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
