Description:
1. Subject of the orderThe subject of the order is the revitalization of the square at ul. Stefan Eromski in Ek. The investment received funding from the regional program of the European Fund for Warmia and Mazury 2021-2027 entitled Improving the functionality of two squares in the revitalization area in Eku. Investment area is located in the conservation protection zone 1.1. The scope of the order includes the revitalization of an area of approximately 9,943.5 m2, including: a) Preparatory works, b) Securing the construction site, c) Execution of demolition and earthworks, including removal and disposal, d) Construction of pedestrian routes with surfaces hardened mineral, natural from high mountain stones on an aggregate base surrounded by concrete borders with an area of 257 m2, e) Construction of pedestrian routes with a concrete cube surface on an aggregate base surrounded by concrete borders with an area of 34 m2, f) Leveling and hardening the surface the existing entrance hall with an area of 47 m2, g) Expansion of the area lighting by 14 pcs. park poles made of LED luminaires, h) Construction and commissioning of video monitoring, including: camera on the pole 7 pcs, external rack cabinet with 1 piece of equipment, i) Expansion pla...
