- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of fire trucks for the TSO from the Drohiczyn commune (hereinafter referred to as "firefighters").
2. The subject of the order was divided into 2 parts:
part 1 - medium rescue and fire -fighting car with 4x4 drive with equipment for OSP Lisowo
part 2 - light carRecognizor and rescue with 4x4 pickup drive with equipment for TSO Drohiczyn.
3. A detailed description, the scope of the order can be found in Annex 1 - the offer form, respectively for a given part.
The Contractor may submit an offer for 1 or 2 parts of the order. The contracting authority does not limit the conclusioncontracts with one contractor for more than 1 part.
4. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the principles and conditions described in the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 3 to SWZ.
