Description:
The subject of the order is divided into three parts:
1) Part I - medical equipment,
2) Part II - IT equipment and software,
3) Part III - air conditioners.
Each part includes installation and training in the use of devices of designated persons. by the Ordering Party upon commissioningchanges equipment.
Information on means of electronic communication:
1. The Ordering Party appoints the following persons to contact the Contractors: Paulina Zembrzuska - sub-inspector for public procurement, email: zamowieniapubliczne@powiat-przasnysz.pl (the Ordering Party does not allow telephone contact).
2.With the exception of submitting an offer, the method of communication between the Ordering Party and the Contractors will be in compliance with the following rules:

In the contract award procedure, communication between the Ordering Party and the Contractors takes place using the SIDAS PZP platform, which is available ataddress: https://sidaspzp.pl and e-mail. Contractors are obliged to submit declarations and other documents only using electronic means of communication.
4. In all correspondence related to these proceedings, the Ordering Party and the Contractors use the followingwith the designation: WRP.272.3.1.2024. The Ordering Party may also communicate with the Contractors via e-mail, e-mail zamowieniapubliczne@powiat-przasnysz.pl.
