Description:
1. The subject of the order is to increase the quality of cultural services by purchasing equipment for the Suwałki Cultural Center and supplying a projector with the necessary accessories pcs. 1.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ Subject Descriptions Orders - OPZ.3. The warranty period required by the Ordering Party for the delivered deliveries is minimum 3 years, maximum 4 years, counting from the date of the registered receipt of the deliveries.4. The delivered equipment must be brand new, free from physical and legal defects, and also have all approvals, certificates and quality certificates required by law and meet applicable standards and requirements specified by law. The Contractor will provide a warranty for the equipment delivered, in accordance with the warranty period declared in the offer one of the criteria for evaluating offers. The Ordering Party requires that the warranty period be equal to the warranty period.5. The detailed scope of the Contractor's obligations is specified in the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.
