- Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of solar lamps on roads administered by the Commune - lighting the area of the Aga Commune with photovoltaic sets, installed pursuant to Art. 29, section 4, point 3c of the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal of Laws of2023, item 682, 553 and 967)., Investment works include: a) delivery, b) installation, c) commissioning/putting into use of 20 (twenty) solar lighting sets (prefabricated foundation, steel pole, photovoltaic panel, fixture lighting with energy storage and controlsymbol) according to a specific specification., 1.
