Delivery of a mass spectrometer) A detailed description of the parameters and the scope of the subject of the order are specified in: Form of technical and operational requirements, Annex No. 4.1 to the SWZ, Drafted provisions of the contract, Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. b) The Ordering Party expects the Contractor to provide the price for the implementation of the subject of the order, on which submits an offer as a lump sum price, which includes the execution of all elements of the order in accordance with the description contained in the annexes detailing the subject of the order, including the delivery of the subject of the order. c) The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with a minimum 24-month warranty for the delivered goods.
