Description:
1. The subject of the order is the development of design documentation along with obtaining the necessary permits to implement the task titled: Improving safety along provincial road No. 537 in Pawowo project.2. Details regarding the subject of the order are included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ entitled: DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER FOR THE TASK (hereinafter: OPZ): Improving safety along the provincial road No. 537 in Pawowo project.3. The scope of work covered by this order includes: 1) development of a design concept containing a preliminary inventory of the area covered by design documentation along with designating the initial location of the infrastructure. 2) development of a multi-discipline construction design together with obtaining a permit for the implementation of a road investment (hereinafter referred to as: ZRID), 3) development of detailed designs, bills of quantities, investor cost estimates, technical specifications for execution and acceptance construction works.4. The scope of the task includes providing author's supervision during the implementation phase of works carried out on the basis of the design documentation constituting the subject of the order.
