- part I Purchase of a low-bed transport trailer for the transport of specialized vehicles; The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a brand new low-bed trailer (fixed axles 2 pcs., steered axles 1 pc., lifted axles 1 pc., trailer width 2550 mm, actual weight 7000 kg). Trailer must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, in accordance with the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251) together with the implementing provisions to the Act. The vehicle should have the documentation necessary to register the vehicle on the day of collection. The trailer must be marked with operational numbers of the State Fire Service in accordance with Order No. 6 of the Commander-in-Chief of the State Fire Service of May 8, 2025 on transport management in the organizational units of the State Fire Service (Journal of Laws of the State Fire Service of 2025, item 9, as amended). Data regarding markings will be provided during the execution of the order. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including the minimum technical and operational requirements of the equipment, is attached as Annex No. 7a to SWZ.
