Description:
1. The subject of the order is to improve the technical parameters of ul. Podlena on the section from the intersection with ul. Kolonia Jana to the intersection with ul. Libowiec with a length of 452.0 m, by creating an asphalt surface consisting of an AC16W 6 cm layer and an AC11S 4 cm wearing layer, along with new foundation, laying of embedded curbs and construction of roadsides within the road area. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 9 to the SWZ, i.e. a blind cost estimate (bill of quantities) and an overview map, hereinafter referred to as technical documentation. Pursuant to Art. 101 section 4 of the Act of September 11, 2019 r. Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended). The contracting authority, when describing the subject of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 PZP, allows for equivalent solutions described in the technical documentation.
