1. Basic customs
1.1. Built -in and equipped must meet the requirements:

ο District of ministers: Internal affairs and administration, national defense, finance and justice of 29 March 2019 on special vehicles used for special purposes of the Police, the Internal Security Agency, military counterintelligence services, the Central Anti -Corruption Bureau, Border Guard, Border Guard, State Protection Services, National Tax Administration, Prison Service of the Fire Service (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 594);
