Description:
1. The subject of the contract are construction works in the scope of increasing the biologically active surface by removing concrete and sealed surfaces and making new plantings, in particular: 1) preparatory, demolition and earthworks, including works measuring, securing trees, cleaning the area, removing invasive species, removing the existing surface along with sub-bases and curbs, dismantling the existing fence along with walls and sub-bases, 2) reconstruction of the mineral surface water-permeable, construction of recycled steel and concrete borders, 3) preparation of the ground for planting, spreading of fertile soil, finishing with uncolored chips, 4) planting trees with additional elements, i.e. aeration system, ground stabilization system using textile tapes and steel cables - bog oak, quilled cherry, common hornbeam, silver birch, paradise apple (in the quantity according to the quantity), 5) planting of shrubs, perennials and flowers, i.e. common hazel, coral viburnum, winged spindle, Chinese honeysuckle, bouquet hydrangea, bouquet hydrangea 'Little Lime', Faassena's catmite, red geranium,...
