Description:
1. The subject of the order is to increase digital availability and improve cyber security in the Mielec Municipality. The contracting authority divides the order into 3 parts. The Employer allows for partial offers (i.e. for one part or several parts) and will choose the offer separately within each part. As a result of the procedure, the contracts concluded in accordance with the SWZ specimen contained in Chapter II. The contracting authority allows the possibility of awarding a contract for more than one part of the same contractor.
2. The order was divided into 3 parts:
1) Part I - Purchase and implementation equipment, IT infrastructure
The subject of the contract consists of:
a) purchase of a matrix - 1 set,
b) Purchase of servers - 3 pcs.
c) buying a server for the needs of Oracle - 2 pcs.
d) purchase of a backup server - 1 item,
e) purchase of FC switches - 2 pcs.
f) Purchase of network switches - 2 items,
g) Purchase of the switch skeletal - 1 pc.
2) Part II - Purchase and implementation of the city portal as part of improving digital availability
The subject of the contract consists of:
a) delivery of perpetual license to the CMS platform to service the Portal of the City Hall,
b) installation, configuration and parameterization of the portal,
c) system implementation with ensuring current support, including position assists,
d) launching the office's website based on the supplied system,
e) ensuring full compliance with the latest W3C and WCAG 2.1 standards.
