Increasing the digital scope of access to information and patient service processes through creation of a new website with dedicated functionalities as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
The subject of the order is to increase the digital scope of access to information and patient service processes by creating a new website
with dedicated functionalities under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. A detailed description and method of order execution are included in the price table in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the description of the subject of the order ("OPZ") in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ and the contract template in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party does not allow this possibility submitting partial offers.
The contract has not been divided into lots because it is integrated and includes closely related elements: graphic design, programming work, ensuring digital accessibility, integration with systems and training. Separating these tasks could make implementation more difficult, negatively affect the coherence of the solution and dilute the contractors' responsibility. Entrusting the entire project to one contractor will ensure efficiency, shorter implementation time and full compliance with technical, accessibility and environmental requirements, including the DNSH principle. They exist on the market entities capable of fulfilling the order to its full extent.
