• Increasing the energy efficiency of building C for the Municipal Hospital in Siemianowice Śląskie Sp. z o. o. 1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction and assembly works, including increasing the energy efficiency of building "C" of the Hospital Municipal in Siemianowice Śląskie Sp. z o. o., in accordance with the design documentation constituting [Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ], in the form of documents: - Construction design - architectural industry; - Construction project - electrical industry; - STWIOR - construction; - Creature - electrics; - Technical opinion, building C; - Energy audit of building C; - Certificate of no objection. Scope of works covered by the investment: - replacement of window frames with windows with tinted glass, - replacement of facade door joinery, - wall insulation, - roof insulation with polystyrene, - construction of a new roof covering and replacement of smoke flaps, - chimney renovation, - renovation of attics, - construction of a ramp for the disabled along with the construction of a new entrance platform to the staircase, - insulation in the area of the technological duct, - removal of unused technological channel, - creating a band around the renovated building, - installation of a roof over the entrance to the building from the side of the staircase with an elevator, - installation photovoltaic on the roof of the building in an off grid system with energy storage, - replacement of internal doors in staircases with fire-resistant doors. in class EI60 or equivalent, - making markings for people who do not...
