• Description:
• Increasing the energy efficiency of building D of the Municipal Hospital in Siemianowice Śląskie 1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction and assembly works, including increasing the energy efficiency of building D of the Municipal Hospital in Siemianowice Śląskie, in accordance with design documentation, i.e. construction and technical designs, STWiOR, Bills of Quantities, constituting [Appendix No. 1 to SWZ]. 2. Scope of works covered by the investment: replacement of window frames and internal window sills external, replacement of the façade door joinery, - construction of roofs at the entrances to the building, - wall insulation, - insulating the roof with polystyrene, construction of a new roof covering, renovation of chimneys, renovation of attics, installation lightning protection, construction of a band around the renovated building, construction of a photovoltaic installation on the roof of the building in an off grid system with an energy storage facility, - installation of facilities for disabled people, - making signs for disabled people, execution illuminated inscription on the eastern façade preparation of as-built documentation. As part of the subject of the order, all administrative decisions and arrangements necessary to complete the investment must be obtained (updated or verified). Due to The nature of the investment does not exclude the possibility of situations occurring during the work requiring verification of the proposed solutions.
