The subject of the order is to increase energy security and shades of the power grid, to develop pre-investment documentation enabling the construction of photovoltaic (PV) micro-installations and the use of electricity storage systems in public buildings.2. In particular, the Contractor undertakes to perform: 1) analysis of the possibilities of developing infrastructure providing the municipal community with a source of electricity generation and management in the scope of expanding sources of photovoltaic micro-installations, and in particular: a) analysis of consumption profiles individually for each of them the above-mentioned buildings b) for each building, select the power of the PV installation and the parameters of the energy storage in such a way as to obtain the optimal auto-balancing effect. including, as part of the analysis, the possibility of compensating energy production/consumption between the buildings mentioned above. d) developing design documentation for such installations and obtaining the required administrative permits. prepared...
