Description:
1. The subject of the order includes, among others:
1) comprehensive implementation of moisture-proof insulation, including drying of walls and ceilings in the entire building, as well as renovation works (including vertical insulation of walls and floors on the ground),
2) removal and installation of new floors on the ground,
3) reconstruction parts of internal and external walls (introduction of additional window and door openings) in order to adapt the building to the new room layout,
4) ensuring a minimum number of toilets on individual floors, including toilets for disabled people,
5) construction of an elevator shaft and installation of a passenger lift adapted for disabled people connecting the floors from the basement to the second floor,
6) roofing of the terraces on both sides of the exhibition center,
7) construction of a roof over the depression in the basement level,
8) thermal insulation of walls external (from the inside of the building) and insulation of flat roofs,
9) adapting the building to fire protection requirements,
10) renovation of rooms,
11) reconstruction of sanitary installations (water supply installations, sanitary sewage systems, hydrant installations, central heating installations, air conditioning installations and mechanical ventilation),
