Description:
1. The subject of the contract includes, among others:
1) Comprehensive implementation of moisture insulation as the wall and ceilings are drying in the entire building with renovation works (including vertical insulation of walls and floors on the ground),
2) liquidation and making new floors on the ground,
3) Reconstruction parts of the internal and external walls (introduction of additional window and door openings) to adapt the building to the new layout of the rooms,
4) ensuring a minimum amount of toilets on individual floors, including toilets for the disabled,
5) execution of an elevator shaft and assembly of a passenger crane adapted for disabled people communicating floors from the basement to the second floor,
6) making a roofing of terraces on both sides of the exhibition center,
7) roofing over the lowering of the area at the basement level,
8) the thermal insulation of the walls external (from the inside of the building) and insulation of the flat roofs,
9) adapting the building to fire protection requirements,
10) renovation of rooms,
11) reconstruction of sanitary installations (water supply installation, sanitary, hydrant, central heating installation, air conditioning installations and mechanical ventilation),
