Description:
The subject of the contract is the implementation of the investment task entitled: "Increasing the quality of the medical care provided by modernization and retrofitting SOR in Augustow" - stage II
The task is divided into 18 parts
Part 1 - a stroller for transporting a patient with the possibility of CKKO
1. Relization of the taskIt consists in the delivery of 2 pcs. Factory new prams for transporting the patient with the possibility of CPR.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract and the terms of the implementation can be found in Annex 2 to SWZ and the draft contract- Annex 5 to SWZ.
Part 2- a trolley for transporting patients lying
1. TalkingIt covers the delivery of factory new 4 pcs. Forces for transporting patients lying, including for transport LPR.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the implementation conditions can be found in Annex 2 to SWZ and draft contract- Annex 5 to SWZ.
Part 3- Hospital bed
1. RealizationTasks consist in the delivery of factory new 5 pcs. Hospital beds equipped with, among others In:
--patient weight measurement system,-
-barrier with control,
-central with remote control,
--execution lying,
a central wheel lock,
-backback of back,
--shrinking for X-ray,
-zczyty hpl.
