Description:
1. The order includes the performance of works consisting in the repair of weir, which includes:
- cleaning of the reinforced concrete body of the building and supplementing defects in the face of concrete surfaces,
- protection of defects in anti-corrosive steel elements; Protection of steel elements paintanti-corrosive,
-Inery with nanos and vegetation of the elements of ponuru and catering fortifications,
--edition and maintenance of the closure drive mechanism,
-eruption of the combination of sealed walls with caps at a length of about 3 Mb,
-composition of drainage along the structure of the tight walls to protect the materialpileing structure,
-a sea of weir and alpoves.
2. The detailed scope of the order was specified in the description of the subject of the contract - Annex 6 to SWZ and in the works and collection guidelines - Annex 7 to SWZ.
3. The contracting authority does not allow partial offers. Orderingdoes not divide into parts for the reasons indicated in point 4.4 SWZ.
4. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding the orders referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law.
5. The Employer does not provide for the possibility of using the option referred to in art. 441 of the PZP.
6. The ordering party noHe reserves the obligation to perform key parts of the contract by the Contractor in person.
7. The contracting authority allows subcontractors to participate in the performance of the order.
