The subject of the order is the purchase of a vehicle with a barrel for transporting drinking water (year of production min. 2025) as part of the implementation of the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025/2026.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 7 to SWZ.3. The ordering party reserves the right to withdraw from the conclusion of the contract and cancellation of the proceedings.4. If the description of the subject of the order would indicate trademarks, patents or origin in relation to certain materials or devices - the Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 99 section 5 of the Public Procurement Law, allows offering equivalent materials or devices. Supply contractor may replace them with materials, devices and products that are no worse, while maintaining equivalent quality and technical parameters. The use of exemplary manufacturer's names is only intended to clarify the level of the customer's expectations in relation to a specific solution. Using names manufacturers/products are for example purposes only.
