- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in individual psychological and/or therapeutic counseling in the Bychawa commune. The service of individual psychological and/or therapeutic counseling will constitute element of a comprehensive support system in the form of social services offered by the Social Services Center in Bychawa. Its aim is to enable project participants to obtain professional help, increase their mental resilience, and strengthen their skills. coping with difficult situations and improving functioning in the family and social environment. Activities will be implemented in a way tailored to the individual needs of each person. The target group consists of people belonging to at least one of the following groups:- people or families excluded from or at risk of poverty and social exclusion, - biological, foster and adoptive families with children, including those experiencing difficulties in parenting and their environment, - people at risk of domestic violence and their environment, - people with disabilities, including people with coupled disabilities, - dependent people, - single people, - people at risk of being placed...
