Persons entitled to use the transport of the Piaseczski poviat with non -efficiency, who cannot independently use public transport Rodkw, mentioned in detailIn the above Regulations. The purpose of the service is to make the authorized persons to implement their own civil and plan, as well as self -attracting personal and health matters, including reaching daytime support crops or to the doctor and on rehabilitation.
